Terms and Conditions

Wedding Bookings 

Your wedding date is only secure when you booked and paid your deposit through my online booking system getitglam.kibook.co.uk.  You will receive an email confirmation of the booking fee payment. This does not include the final balance for the wedding date.  A separate invoice will be sent through email once the final numbers and services have been confirmed.  

I always travel out for wedding bookings.

Wedding day booking fees are non refundable or transferable. This secures the wedding date, blocking this date off to any other potential clients.  The booking fee covers the cost of admin time and a small percentage of loss of earnings should this be cancelled. 

Trials for wedding hair and make up must be booked seperately from the wedding bookings and incur their own booking fee and charges. After booking trials, the remaining balances for trials are payable on the day of the trial by cash, bank transfer or through stripe online payment (same card you used for booking fee). Trials are also subject to the 48 hours notice cancellation policy as detailed in the ‘Cancellation, Lateness and No Show Policy (all services) below.

Wedding day payment is due on the day minus the booking fee. A new invoice will be emailed at least one month before the wedding day. This can be paid by cash, bank transfer or by stripe online payment.

Should you cancel within 1 month of the wedding booking date, full payment (as advised on the new invoice) is due and will be deducted from the card used when securing the wedding booking on the date of the booking if not paid by cash.  This can not be transferred to any other service.

Changes to Wedding Bookings

You can add to your wedding numbers and services for the big day until 24 hours before the booking.  I will confirm start time once numbers are confirmed. There is a minimum of 3 people/services for the wedding day. If less on the day, the full payment for the confirmed wedding service still will be due.

If for any reason I can’t make your wedding date due to illness or any other reason, I will do my upmost to have a replacement for you. (This has never happened in my 10 years of business, so please don’t worry, I just like to put your mind at ease, I am in a group with many other hair/make up artists that specialise in bridal).

 

Cancellation, Lateness and No Show Policy (all services)

Please know that I value both your time and my time. I understand that emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel please contact me as soon as possible.   

Wedding booking fees are non refundable or transferable for any other date or any other service should you cancel your wedding date. (Please see wedding terms and conditions above)

New wedding dates will require you to secure a new date on my online booking system with the £50 booking fee.

 

If any government guidelines such as COVID restrictions are in place and restrict me to carry out services HAIR/MAKE UP, I will transfer your booking fee to your new date minus £15 admin fee.

If I am unavailable on your new wedding date, I will provide you with a list of recommended suppliers that I know are available on your big day. The Booking Fee is non-refundable as this is classed as a cancellation of service.

Booking fees for any other treatment (Excluding weddings) can be transferred to a new booking anytime up to before 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment, are late, or give less than 48 hours notice to cancel, the full booking amount can be taken from your card at our discretion and any booking fees cannot be transferred to a new booking.

If you are late arriving to your appointment, there may not be enough time for the full service; this can be discussed on arrival. Full payment is still required.

If there has been a price increase for your service since you made the initial booking, there will be a new invoice issued for increased prices (Price increases with inflation).
